By placing an order, you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy. REFUND POLICY
We provide digital services, as such the following apply:
All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
No Returns or Exchanges. As we provide a digital service, returns and exchanges do not apply.
However we strive to provide exceptional services that deliver results and satisfaction to our clients. Yet we also acknowledge that there may be situations where a refund may be requested. In such cases, we have implemented the following:
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request in writing within 14 days of the service delivery date. Requests should be sent to info@hyble.co with “Refund Request” in the subject line and include your name, contact information, order number, and a detailed explanation of your reasons for requesting a refund.
Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will review the details and determine if the request is eligible for a refund. If approved, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances of the request. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used when placing the order.
CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
CANCELLATION OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
When canceling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
STATUTORY RIGHT TO RETURN (GENERAL)
Under EU and UK Consumer protection law, consumers have a statutory right to return purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of purchase.
As such, you can inform us of your decision to withdraw from a contract made with us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) or use the below cancellation form. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification or the below cancellation form before the cancellation period expires.
If you cancel your contract with us, we will reimburse you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
STATUTORY RIGHT TO RETURN (DIGITAL SERVICES)
In terms of digital services, the above-mentioned right to return expires prematurely if:
we have already provided you access to and delivered the digital services,
you knew that you would lose your right to return at the time of order,
you have confirmed that you have read our Terms of Service, and you agreed that we will make the delivery of your digital services (by providing you access to the services) before your right to return expires.
TECHNICAL ERROR
In the unlikely event that you are experiencing or have experienced a technical error, please contact us with details and images of your experience so we can investigate the error and determine if a refund is owed to you.
CHARGEBACKS, PAYPAL DISPUTE OR SECTION 75 CCA 1974 CLAIMS
You agree to contact us prior to raising a request for a chargeback or any dispute with your bank or card issuer or PayPal in relation to any purchase. If you make a payment through and later dispute a legitimate charge by raising a chargeback or PayPal Dispute without merit or legitimate reason (as determined in our sole discretion), whether fraudulently or otherwise, then we reserve the right to blacklist you by providing compelling evidence to refute your invalid chargeback or PayPal Dispute request and/or pursue legal action as the case may be.
